This tasty treat is perfect for a beautiful summer day in Philly, but it’s an unparalleled experience in every Florida season.
What is Water Ice?
Is it a slushie? No!
Is it shaved ice? No!
Is it a snow cone? No!
Is it sherbet? No!
Is it ice cream? No!
Then what is it?
Water Ice is similar to Italian Ice, but the texture and consistency are different. It’s creamier than Shaved Ice and Snow Cones, yet icier than Italian ice. It’s Dairy Free, Cholesterol Free, Soy Free, Gluten Free, and No High Fructose Corn Syrup.
Water Ice has at least 50 different flavors to choose from, but I only carry at least ten different flavors at a time on my mobile van.
